KACF Launches the Chi Family Fellowship Program

Undergraduates or recent college graduates are invited to apply to be a Chi Fellow. Working with our Director of Capacity Building and with the invaluable support system and resources provided through our partnership with Community Resource Exchange, the Chi Fellow will learn about community issues, build skills and contribute to impactful projects, and gain the tools to become a civic or community leader. This immersive 12-month fellowship is a paid, full-time position offering competitive benefits.
The Chi Family Fellowship Program is generously endowed by Youngsuk “YS” Chi and Sung Kim to invest in the leadership development of young Korean Americans. It is modeled after our successful Capacity Building Fellowship Program, which is entering its fourth cycle this year. Through our fellowship programs, KACF aims to address the critical need for bilingual and bicultural nonprofit professionals at our grantee partner organizations and strengthen Korean nonprofits with culturally and language-sensitive assistance.
To apply, please e-mail your resume and cover letter explaining your interest in the Chi Fellowship Program to chantal@crenyc.org. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
